I’m an Endurance Running Coach with UK Athletics. I’ve been a Running Leader since 2013 and have been coaching groups and individuals from beginner to club level.

I work with ShoreFit Run Club, taking a 0-5k beginners group and a weekly social run every Sunday morning. Course dates for the 0-5k group are available here and the social group is run on a Pay As You Go basis, just turn up with a pound and you’re good to go. We’re affiliated to Run England which is set up to encourage grass roots running.

I’m also part of the Tuff Fitty Triathlon Club coaching team and you’ll find me at Worthing running track most Wednesday evenings helping athletes get quicker and working on technique and injury prevention.

I specialise in running for endurance, anything above 5k and up to Marathon distance and I work with runners aged 12 upwards. I’m fully insured and DBS checked and I work & live in Worthing, UK.

I’m equally proud of helping beginners achieve their first non stop 5k as I am of helping athletes smash their PB’s and take their place on the podium.
